I am an equity actor, singer, musician, songwriter, juggler, and enthusiastic nerd based in New York City. Come on in and take a gander at my beginnings, inspirations, and projects past, present, and future.

WHAT'S MY DEAL?

Born and raised in Dayton, Ohio, my mom was an actor, teacher, and director and my dad was a graphic designer and opera singer. My grandfather was a music professor and concert pianist. Needless to say, music and theatre were constants in my life.

For a while, I felt like my passion was just music. I wanted to sing just like my dad did. But once I realized you could sing and act at the same time, I knew that I could get used to a career like that. After obtaining my BFA in musical theatre from Northern Kentucky University, I sought out new ways to incorporate my love of music into my love of acting. Lo and behold! The career of an actor musician came into frame.

Since my career began, I have been touring the country and performing in regional theaters as an actor musician. Though my primary instrument is drums, I love nothing more than spending time learning new instruments and discovering just how far I can go in this wacky and wonderful business.
